BJLive Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

Welcome to bjlive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjlive ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bjlive website, mobile application and all associated services available at bjlive.online.

By accessing the bjlive platform, clicking "Register", depositing funds, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood their meaning, and agreed to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bjlive.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on bjlive, including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting, the Aviator crash game, card games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Blackjack, Andar Bahar), poker, roulette, and all promotional offers made available from time to time. 2.1 Minimum Age

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds associated with underage play will be returned to the depositing payment method without exception. 2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bjlive. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or IP addresses — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bjlive will suspend or close all associated accounts and may withhold any pending balances pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Process

To use bjlive, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a secure password. Mobile number verification via OTP is required to complete registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjlive login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or by another person using your credentials. BJLive will never ask you to share your password by any means of communication — any request claiming to be from bjlive asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

BJLive reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal, when account activity appears unusual or as part of a standard periodic review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

• Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the standard identity document for Pakistani players on bjlive.
• Documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with bjlive's Privacy Policy.
• Account balances are held securely during verification and released promptly upon successful completion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BJLive accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• IBFT — inter-bank fund transfer via any Pakistani bank

Payment methods not on the above list are not accepted on bjlive. Deposits made via unsupported methods cannot be processed and will be returned where technically possible. BJLive is not responsible for any bank or third-party fees associated with deposits.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit on bjlive is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Deposits are credited to your bjlive PKR wallet within minutes of successful processing. Pending deposits that have not credited within 30 minutes should be reported to bjlive support with the transaction reference number.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted on bjlive. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

BJLive aims to process all withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. IBFT withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow card network timelines and may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

Weekly cashback offers on bjlive are credited to your real money wallet — not a bonus wallet — and carry zero wagering requirement. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited automatically without any claim action required from the player. 7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bjlive are subject to acceptance by the platform. BJLive reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed on an event that has already commenced, where there has been a technical error in the displayed odds or game outcome, or where the bet is suspected of being placed using insider information.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

7.3 Odds Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a pricing error, system malfunction or technical fault that results in incorrect odds being displayed or an incorrect game outcome being presented, bjlive reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. Winnings paid out on the basis of manifest errors are not considered legitimate winnings and bjlive will seek to recover any such amounts from the player's account balance.

7.4 Live Casino & Card Game Specific Rules

All live casino games on bjlive are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the live table interface. In the event of a live dealer error or stream disconnection during an active round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Players are responsible for having sufficient funds in their account to cover all active bets before the betting window closes.

7.5 Aviator Game Rules

11.1 Closure by BJLive

BJLive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: prohibited conduct is identified; identity verification cannot be completed; the account is believed to be compromised; regulatory requirements mandate closure; or the player has become subject to a self-exclusion order.

11.2 Account Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons not relating to fraudulent activity or Terms violation, any verified real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recently used deposit method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds without the completion of applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon closure.

11.3 Closure by the Player

Before closing, any pending wagering requirements will be noted and any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. BJLive provides the platform on an "as available" basis. BJLive may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.
